Are you stuck at home and constantly muttering to yourself, “I’m bored” and you don’t have any idea of what to do? Here I have listed a few of my favourite things to do when I’m bored:
1. Do 100 Jumping Jacks

If you can do 100 jumping jacks you just burned about 40 calories (I did) and your heart rate went up a bit (mine got to 159 – I’m unfit!) Afterwards you will probably want to drink some water and rest. You just did something healthy!
2. I’m Bored! *Grabs Unhealthy Snack*

When you’re bored, the worst thing to do is to grab a bag of chips or cookies and stuff your face while watching TV. A better solution would be to make yourself a healthy snack, like the one I have here.
3. Do Something That Makes You Smarter

There are a vast amount of videos on YouTube that you can watch that will make you smarter and open your eyes to new things. Maybe you will discover a new hobby, change your point of view on something, or learn a new skill. Here are a few channels that I follow that you might find interesting:

4. Pamper Yourself

You can take a relaxing bath with some bath salts or oil, or you can apply a face mask to treat your skin. There are many DIY face masks out there, but the easiest is to apply a thin layer of honey on your face. If the honey is too thick you can thin it out with some lemon juice. Leave the honey on your face for about 15 minutes and then rinse it off with warm water. Just remember to moisturise your face afterwards! If you want to be more active, you can try your hand at doing some yoga practices.
5. Complete a Challenge with Friends

There are many fitness challenges out there, and you can find a few here at My Crazy Good Life. If you don’t feel like starting with a very challenging challenge, you can do something easier, like challenging yourself to drink more water. I struggle with drinking water during winter, so this is a good challenge for me!
